Who We Are

CASA for Kids is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing highly trained volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children that have experienced abuse and neglect in our community.

What We Do

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteers typically serve 5-7 hours a month in their role. CASAs visit their appointed child in their foster home, build relationships with the child's family (biological and foster), teachers, therapists, caseworkers and more to collaborate and ensure the child's needs are met while in foster care. Our volunteers compile the information they have obtained and make recommendations on the best interest of the child. Through it all, volunteers receive consistent support and guidance from our staff supervisors.
