Who We Are

We are a local sexual assault agency.  We have been in the since 1985 and currently serve 11 counties in south central Illinois.

What We Do

We provide free and confidential counseling, medical and legal advocacy, as well as prevention education in schools and community events. We also provide a 24/7 crisis hotline.
